Preamble

In the process to domesticate the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Abia State, the Office of The State Focal Person, Sustainable Development Goals (OSFP - SDGs), Abia State hereby invites bids for Tender from reputable, competent and interested bidders for the implementation of programmes and projects in Goals 3, 4, 5, 8 in Abia State.

Scope of Work

Implementation of Programmes and Projects in:

Lot 1: Goal 3
Lot 2: Goal 4
Lot 3: Goal 5
Lot 4: Goal 8

Tender Procedures

Prospective Tenders are required to submit their bids containing the underlisted documents in a clearly marked envelop to The State Focal Person, Sustainable Development Goals Office, Abia State Planning Commission, Umuahia, Abia State, within Two (2) weeks from the date of this publication:

Evidence of Payment of Non-Refundable Tenders Fee of N30,000 and Administrative Fee Of N5,000.
Evidence of Certificate of Registration with Abia State Government as a Contractor.
Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs' Commission (CAC).
Evidence of Three (3) Years Company Tax Clearance Certificate.
Evidence of Bank Reference Letter.
Evidence of Details of Experience on Similar Project.
Fully Priced Quotation. h. Company Profile.

Opening of Tender Documents

Tender opening 31st January, 2022 in the Office of The State Focal Person, SDGs, Abia State Planning Commission Umuahia, Abia State.

Collection of Tender Documents

Tenders are required to obtain all necessary information for the formalization/documentation of the contract jobs from the Office of the Sustainable Development Goals, Abia State Planning Commission, Umuahia, upon the presentation of the evidence of payment of Tenders fee and other statutory fees.

Note: All Prospective Contractors are to be registered with the Ministry of Works, Umuahia as Government Contractor.

Submission of Documents

Completed tenders documents should be sealed in an envelope and clearly marked to indicate the project being tendered for and submitted to the:
