Applications are invited for:

Title: Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) for Hospitals, Health Management Organization (HMO) and/or Brokers to Deliver Comprehensive and Sustainable HIV/AIDS Clinical Services in Subnational Units/State Government in Nigeria for a United States Government (USG) Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO)

Preamble
Recruitment&Procurement.com has been engaged to procure services of Hospitals, HMOs and/or Brokers that can provide comprehensive and sustainable HIV/AIDS clinical services for an upcoming USG funded project, in the following areas:

Prevention from Mother to Child Transmission (PMTCT)
Adult Care and Treatment
Pediatric Care and Treatment
TB/HIV

Expertise, Capabilities and Experience

The Hospitals, HMO and/or brokers should have over 5 years experience in providing comprehensive and sustainable HIV/AIDS clinical services in partnership with health care providers (Comprehensive hospitals) in various states particularly south-east and south-south region of the country with evidence based proof. The experience should be in the following areas:
- Implement tested, innovative, and client-centric interventions for optimal PLHIV treatment continuity, management of advanced HIV disease (AHD), and durable viral suppression
- Improve approaches at patient, facility, and community levels to track and optimize health outcomes
The Hospitals, HMO and/or brokers should have existing relationship with high yield hospitals (high yield hospitals are hospitals that are host to USG/PEPFAR HIV/AIDS comprehensive sites)
The Hospitals, HMO and/or brokers should have experience improving the capacity of hospitals to provide PMTCT, Adult Care and Treatment, Pediatric and Treatment and TB/HIV services which include supply, use and maintenance of equipment, support in pharmaceutical services.
The Hospitals, HMO and/or brokers must have annual turnover of at least N5 â€“ 8 billion Naira per annum.
