Title: Invitation to Tender for the Supply of Vehicles

Preamble

Pro-Health International is currently leading a 5-year USAID Funded local partners capacity strengthening project known as Integrated Child Health and Social Services Award (ICHSSA4) in consortium with Catholic Relief Services (CRS). The ICHSSA4 project is designed to scale up care and support for OVCs and their caregivers in Bauchi, Adamawa and Taraba State

Description of Items Requires

One Toyota Hiace 2021, high root, 13-seater, 6-speed manual transmission, Petrol engine AC, AMFMCD etc., fabric seats
One Toyota Fortuner 2021, leather seat, automatic transmission AC AWFMCD etc, 2.7L, 6 speed, ABS petrol engine.

N/B: Delivery of vehicles will be in Abuja, FCT.

Eligibility Requirements

All quotations should include the following:

Certificate of registration incorporation, memorandum and articles of association and valid Tax Clearance Certificate and Tax Identification number (TIN).
Evidence of contract done in the last three years
Track record past performance references from previous clients
Price (cost of items and ancillary expenses) and payment terms.
Sample (pictures) - Warranty terms.
Applicable government taxes will be deducted prior to making payments for the vehicles procured.
