Preamble

This Request for Bid follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for the Agro Processing Productivity Enhancement And Livelihood Support project (APPEALS-Project) which appeared in "Development Business issue no. WB 3108-756/09 and "This Day" Newspaper of 22" September 2019.

The Kogi State Government through the Federal Government of Nigeria has received a credit from the International Development Association (herein referred to as IDA) towards the cost of Kogi State Agro-Processing, Productivity Enhancement And Livelihood Support project (APPEALS-P), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to eligible payments under the contract for procurement of Office Equipment.

The Kogi State Agro-Processing, Productivity Enhancement and Livelihood Support project (APPEALS-Project) now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the supply of Agricultural Equipment.

Opening of Bidding Documents

Bids will be opened in the presence of bidder's representatives who choose to attend on, Wednesday 23 February 2022 by 12.00 noon, at the Kogi State Agro-Processing, Productivity Enhancement And Livelihood Support (APPEALS) project. APPEALS House Adjacent Children Amusement Park, Off Lord Lugard Road, Lokoja Kogi State Nigeria.

Collection of Bidding Documents

A complete set of Bidding Document in the English Language may be purchased by interested bidders upon the submission of a written application to the below address and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Twenty-Five Thousand Naira(N25,000.00) or Seventy United State Dollars (US$70.00) or it's equivalent in a freely convertible currency. The method of payment will be Draft or Bank Teller. The Bidding Document will be collected by hand.
