Lot 7 Procurement of Vehicles For Political Office Holders And Administrative Use
Lot 8 Correctional Centre Vehicles
Lot 9 Procurement of Office Furniture's
Lot 10 Procurement of Furniture For Customary Court
Lot 11 Procurement of Grader
Lot 12 Procurement of Pest Control Equipment And Chemicals For Fumigation
Lot 13 Procurement of Sanitary Tools
Lot 14 Procurement of Office Equipment

Eligibility Requirements

Covering letter duly signed by the company authorized signatory(ies) indicating the area of specialization.
Certificate of Incorporation/Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
Company's Audited Accounts for 2019 2020 and 2021
Company Tax Clearance Certificate for the past three years (2019 - 2021)
Performance Bond for a reputable financial institution.
Evidence of Registration with Lagos State Public Procurement Agency
Evidence of Technical and Financial capability to execute projects and supply goods.
Evidence of previous jobs done for the government.

12:00 noon Friday, 11th February, 2022.

EOI/Pre-qualification submission must be English only and clear about area(s) of interest and competence of each category.
Interested applicants must note that the Ikorodu West Local Council Development Area reserves the right to verify the claims made in the Pre-qualification documents submitted by them at any level.
This Pre-qualification exercise shall not be construed as a commitment on the part of lkorodu West L.C.D.A, to award any contract.
The cost for this exercise will be sole responsibility of the interested party(ies) to this invitation.
Interested eligible applicant may obtain further information at the Procurement office at Ikorodu West L.C.D.A. secretariat with a non - refundable fee N20,000.00 for bidding documents.
