The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ) invites interested bidders / vendors to indicate interest by tendering EOI documents for the following works:

Preamble

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH; "Pro-Poor Growth and Employment Promotion in Nigeria Programme", financed by Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany, would like to procure twelve (12) industrial sewing machines (220V/300-500W) with the following minimum specifications.

Specifications

Industrial sewing machine, flat bed. (for footwear and leather goods production) without mechatronic components, complete assembled with head, table and motor, with manual, parts list, needles for leather (LR) 100 pcs each in 80 Nm and 100 Nm spare parts: 2 hooks complete with bobbin case, 10 bobbins.
Industrial sewing machine, flat bed, (for footwear and leather goods production) without mechatronic components, complete assembled with head, table and motor, with manual, parts list, needles for leather (LR) 50 pcs each in 100, 120, 140 Nm spare parts: 2 hooks complete with bobbin case, 10 bobbins.
Industrial sewing machine, post bed (for footwear and leather goods production) without mechatronic components, complete assembled with head, table and motor, with manual, parts list needles for leather (LR) 100 pcs each in 120,150 Nm spare parts: 2 hooks complete with bobbin case, 10 bobbins.
Industrial sewing machine, cylinder arm (for footwear and leather goods production) without mechatronic components, complete assembled with head, table and motor, with manual, parts list needles for leather (LR) 100 pcs each in 80,100,120 Nm spare parts: 2 hooks complete with bobbin case, 10 bobbins.
Industrial sewing machine, cylinder arm (for footwear and leather goods production) without mechatronic components, complete assembled with head, table and motor, with manual, parts list needles for leather (LR) (LR) 100 pcs each in 80,100 Nm spare parts: 2 hooks complete with bobbin case, 10 bobbins.
Industrial heavy duty sewing machine, cylinder arm (for footwear and leather goods without mechatronic components, complete assembled with head, table and motor, with manual, parts list, production needles for leather (LR) 20 pcs each in 160, 180, 200 Nm spare parts: 1 complete Barrell shuttle hook with bobbin case, 5 bobbins.

EOI Requirements

Accordingly, GIZ invites interested bidders to furnish GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:

An official letter expressing interest.
Comprehensive company profile
Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC),
A bank introductory letter.
Tax clearance certificate of the last three years indicating an annual turnover of NGN 30,000,000.00 minimum in the year 2021
Evidence of experience with previous similar jobs. Only third-party evidence will be considered, not list of similar jobs/ references.

5:00pm Monday, 14th February, 2022.
