Jhpiego Corporation invites interested / reputable cleaning services companies to indicate interest by submitting RFQ documents for the following works:

Jhpiego Corporation, an affiliate of John Hopkins University, is an international non-profit, non-governmental organization that works to improve the health of women and families throughout the world.

Applications are invited for:

Title: Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the Provision of Cleaning Services to Jhpiego Abuja & States Offices

Preamble

Jhpiego Corporation is seeking for reputable cleaning services companies to provide Jhpiego offices with cleaning services in its Abuja, Ogoja, Yola, Minna, Jalingo, Lafia, Jigawa, Abakaliki, Sokoto, Uyo offices. Vendors are encouraged to read the entire document to ensure that they have a clear understanding of Jhpiego requirements before submitting a bid.

Description of Service

Provision of corporate cleaning services. Vendors should use the brief information/description of office facility below to recommend adequate number of cleaners for each location, and provide monthly cost estimate per cleaner in each state excluding supervisor:

Abuja: Twin duplex of 5 bedrooms, 2 large meeting rooms, common areas with large compound
Uyo: Twin duplex of 4 bedrooms 2 meeting rooms, common areas with large compound
Minna: Bungalow with 5 bedrooms and 3 BQs medium sized compound
Yola: Detached bungalow of 3 bedrooms and 2 self-contain with a large compound.
Ogoja: Detached bungalow of 5 bedrooms with large compound.
Jalingo: Bungalow with 6 bedrooms, 2 large meeting rooms, common areas with large compound
Lafia: Two office space (rooms)
Abakiliki: Twin duplex of 5 bedrooms, 2 large meeting rooms, common areas with large compound
Dutse: 2 bedroom flat
Sokoto Office: Two mini office space

Quotation should include the following for the Provision of Cleaning Services:

The quotation should be enclosed in plain sealed envelope, with the services being quoted for written boldly on the right-hand side of the envelope.
Payment will be made on monthly basis upon satisfactory provision of services.
The contractor will submit a monthly invoice and a service report. The monthly invoice and service report will be certified by Jhpiego prior payment.
Quote validity of at least 12 months.
Payment terms if different (preferably Net 30).

Contract Duration:

One-year (1) renewable based on satisfactory performance.

Eligibility Requirements

All applicants should provide the following:

Certificate of registration/incorporation, memorandum and articles of association and valid Tax Identification Number (TIN).
Vendor must be a licensed/authorized vendor for services to be rendered (please provide supporting documentation).
Company-profile (briefly reflecting the core competencies, key management personnel and clearly stating the physical verifiable office address, mobile number and e-mail address).
Minimum of three (3) reputable references active within the last three years form clients/organizations
Note that applicable government taxes will be deducted prior to making payments for services rendered.
