Preamble

Nasarawa State Bureau for Rural Development, on behalf of Nasarawa State Government Intends to construct Rural-Feeder ROADS 2022-2023 across the state, beginning with the underlisted.

Scope of Work

LGC / Route / Distance:

Keana / Keana - Abuni / 27.90km
Akwanga / Rinzi-Ngare-Ancho Baba-Andaha- Ningah / 24.90km
Kokona / Kofari Gwañ-Bakin Ayeri-Amba / 16.90km

N/B: Prospective qualified Civil Engineering contractors are hereby invited to submit their Quotations on any of the above "Routes".

Qualification Requirements

Certificate Of Registration with Corporate affairs Commission (CAC)
Tax clearance certificate for the past three years ending 2021 and VAT Registration number
Evidence of payments to Nasarawa State Internal Revenue Service Accounts. for Registration with Nasarawa State Bureau of Public Procurement.
Evidence of satisfactory completion of similar works
Any un-certified/unsubstantiated document may lead to outright rejection of the bids.
Payment of Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira only as a tender processing fee into the Zenith Bank Account of Nasarawa State Bureau, for Rural Development, Lafia Branch.

Application Closing Date

21st February, 2022.

Opening of Bids

Bids will be opened in the presence of BIDDERS on Monday 21st February 2022, by 11am in the conference Room of the:

Bureau for Rural Development,

Along Makurdi Road,

Lafia - Nasarawa State.

Collection of Documents

Briefs on above mentioned ROUTES projects can be obtained from the office of Chief Engineer at the Bureau Headquarters along Makurdi Road Lafia, Nasarawa State.

N/B: All prospective bidders should endeavor to drive along the ROUTE for verification and better understanding for proper bidding.
