Lagos State University (LASU), Epe Campus invites competent, reputable, and qualified private companies to tender EOI documents for the following works:

The Lagos State University (LASU), Epe Campus has a Faculty and a School which are Faculty of Engineering and School of Agriculture. The campus also has an Institute for Organic Agriculture and Green Economy. The Lagos State University also runs a Part Time program and Pre Degree Science programs at the Epe campus.

A residential campus with a population of over Two Thousand Five Hundred (2- 500) staff and students. Epe Campus is situated in the heart of Epe town. The guest house has ten (10) single rooms and Five (5) double rooms including a laundry room, kitchen, and parking space, and is situated in a very conspicuous location of the Campus.

Preamble

In a bid to make the guest house in Epe campus of the University more suitable for guests and travelers, the Lagos State University now invites: applications from competent, reputable, and qualified private companies to be pre-qualified to bid for the operation of the guest house.

Pre-Qualification Requirements

Profile of applicant detailing the name of the company, evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission, main shareholders, the ownership structure, contact persons, office address, telephone numbers, and valid email address.
Evidence of operating a similar hospitality business in the past Five (5) years as well as the values of such business and respective evidence of successful operation.
Organisational structure of the company and resumes of the key personnel including years of experience in a relevant industry, positions held till date, and evidence of registration with relevant professional registration councils (eg HATMAN,FTAN, etc)
Evidence of financial capability, support, and line of credit from a reputable bank.
Evidence of employees Pensions Funds Contributions registration and remittances.
Audited account for the last Three(3) years, if a limited liability company. . Current Tax Clearance Certificate for the last Three (3) years.
A letter of authorized agents of the Lagos State University to verify claims made in the letter from the company.

Note

Interested company(ies) are required to pay a sum of Fifty Thousand Naira (N50,000) to LASU Ventures Limited WEMA bank account number 0123037507 and send the bank deposit slip along with their submission.
Companies are also required to write a cover letter addressed to the Registrar boldly indicating the project attaching evidence of payment alongside the requested documents stated in section 3 of this advert.
