Preamble

The Ondo State Government is desirous to undertake the Construction/Rehabilitation of Emure - Eporo Road. Therefore, Ondo State Ministry of Works and Infrastructure is inviting competent and interested contractors to submit bids:

Scope of Work

Length-11.2 km, Av. Width 10,3 m, Asphalt=7.3 m, Surface Dressing on shoulders, Reinforced Concrete Box Culverts and Reinforced Concrete Drains in township.

Mandatory Requirements

Certificate of Incorporation
Registration with Ondo State Bureau of Public Procurement
Development levy
Tax clearance
Experience in similar project

Application Closing Date

12:00 noon Friday, 11th March, 2022.

Opening of Bids

Received Bids will be opened at the Office of the Director Cabinet and Special Services Department, Office of the Governor after the deadline for the submission on 11th March, 2022 at 2:00pm. All bidders are invited to the opening of the technical Bids.

Collection of Tender Documents

The Tender Documents shall be obtained from the office of the Director, Planning, Design, Research and Statistics, Ministry of Works and Infrastructure, Oyemekun Road, Akure, Ondo State after the payment of a non-refundable Tender Fee. Interested Bidders are to collect Payment Advice from the Account Department of Ondo State Ministry of Works and Infrastructure.

Submission of Tender Documents

The duly completed Tender Form must be enclosed in wax sealed envelope clearly marked at the top left corner "Confidential Tender for Construction / Rehabilitation of Emure-Eporo Road", addressed and forwarded to:
