The Federal Medical Centre, Asaba is inviting interested companies for Tendering in the following additional procurement for 2012 capital projects.

Project Title: Procurement of CD4 Machine and other laboratory
Method of Procurement: Competitive bidding
Tender Fee: 30,000

Lot. No: 2
Project Title: Computerisation and Networking of the hospital building 
Method of Procurement: Competitive bidding
Tender Fee: 15,000

As a follow up to our earlier publication in Vanguard. Daily Independent Newspapers of 26th July, 2012 and Federal Tender Jouranl of 6th August 2012, the general Pre-Qualification requirements in the said publications are applicable to this Tender (Kindly read these papers thoroughly).

Collection of Tender Documents/Additional Information
Interested companies are to collect Tender documents from the Planning/Procurement Unit, Administration department of the hospital with the evidence of payment of the stipulated fee. The collection of Tender documents starts on 8th October, 2012

Close/Opening of Tender
Submission of Tender documents will close on 5th November, 2012 at 12 noon prompt. Opening of Tender will follow immediately.
