Scope of Work

Jhpiego Corporation is seeking authorized dealers of vehicles to supply Mid-Size Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) and Sedan vehicle to its Abuja office. The vehicles are for its Global Fund Project:

1	Minimum specifications for Mid-Size SUV: 4x4 four-wheel drive (suitable for all-terrain fieldwork) Minimum of 21 centimetres from the ground 4 doors (passenger entry and exit) Manual transmission Power windows Power steering Power brakes Engine size (maximum 3 liters, 6-cylinder, diesel) - quote separately for various sizes; Fold-flat third Row seating for full size SUV (preferred, but not mandatory). Color options - White and additional colors Alloy wheel locks (anti-theft) Tubeless tire rims Ball mount for towing Rubber floormats Air conditioning/climate control Key with central locking for security.	1

Quotation Requirements
Quotations should include the following for both categories of equipment:

Vendor is required to be an official authorized dealer for brand of item to be supplied.
Provide different types, brands and models with consideration to local availability of spare parts.
Full specifications of the proposed items/goods including engine size and model (year of manufacture) etcetera.
Lead-time from when the Purchase Order is issued to when the order is ready for delivery.
Quote validity of at least 60 days.
Payment terms if different (preferably Net 30).
Please state cost of delivery where applicable.

Contract Duration:

At the successful delivery of the vehicle(s).

Eligibility Requirements

All applicants should provide the following:

Certificate of registration/incorporation, memorandum and articles of association and valid Tax Identification Number (TIN).
Vendor must be a licensed/authorized vendor for all the brands of vehicles quoted for (please provide copy of supporting documentation)
There must be warranty/service period on ALL items to be supplied/quoted for.
Company profile (briefly reflecting the core competencies, key management personnel and clearly stating the physical verifiable office address, mobile number and e-mail address).
Proof or license to offer required services as given by the appropriate regulatory body (if applicable).
Minimum of three (3) reputable references active within the last three years for which same item had been delivered.
Note that applicable government taxes will be deducted prior to making payment.
