INTERSOS invites interested and eligible vendors / suppliers to submit tender documents for the following works:

INTERSOS is a non-profit humanitarian organization that is committed to working at the frontline to bring humanitarian assistance to people in danger, victims of natural disasters and armed conflicts. INTERSOS IS a humanitarian organization on the front-line of emergencies, bringing assistance to victims of armed conflicts, natural disasters and extreme exclusion with particular attention to the protection of the most vulnerable people.

Our humanitarian workers have been helping people affected by humanitarian crises in Nigeria since 2016: we provide lifesaving and life-sustaining basic essential services under health, nutrition, WaSH, protection, livelihoods and food security.

Title: Invitation to Tender - Provision of Car Rental and Security Services & the Provision of Internet Services in (FCT) Abuja, Borno, Adamawa and Zamfara States

Essential Criteria

Special experience and capability to organize, supply and deliver items or services at short notice.
Verifiable address (Offices and shops)- stock level to meet demand, phone number and email within intersos area of operation
Evidence of tax clearance
Statement of financial capacity from the bank and or (Audited Account) + CÁC Certificate
Language of the procedure:
All written communications and contract must be in English.

Application Closing Date

5:00pm Monday, 28th February, 2022.

Please Note

Any submission received by the Contracting Authority after the deadline will not be considered.
Prospective bidders with questions regarding the tender dossier should send them to: tenders.nigeria@intersos.org (mentioning the Category reference of the dossiers as indicated in the chart above) at least seven calendar days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
The Contracting Authority will reply to all interested parties with questions at least three calendar days before the deadline for submission of the TENDER document.
Eventual clarifications or minor changes to the tendering process shall be published at the latest three calendar days before the submission deadline.
