A. Invitation To Tender

Tenders are hereby invited from registered, qualified, reputable and competent expatriate consultants for “Expression of Interest” in the leasing of Imo Concorde Hotels Limited, Owerri, Imo State.

The Ministry of Culture and Tourism Intends to maximize government resources and hereby requires the services of a consultant to carry out the assignment.
 

B. Eligibility Of Bidders

lnterested and reputable consultants are requested to forward the following pre-qualification documents for consideration:

• Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission
• Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years;
• Evidence o f VAT Registration and remittance;
• Evidence of Registration with National Pension Commission
• Evidence of Company’s financial capacity with inclusion of reference/support from bank
• Payment of non refundable fee of N500,000.00 to Imo State Government.

C. Instructions To Interested Bidders

Interested bidders are requested to submit:

Information on their organization and brief summaries of the key personnel to be involved in the work and how their experience relate to the needs of the assignment

A description of similar assignments, client and project start/end dates.
 

D. Period Of Performance

The successful consultant will manage the Hotel throughout the period of lease in the first instance, renewable, subject to performance.

Expression of interest must be submitted in three (3) copies (one original and two copies) and a soft copy in a seated envelope clearly marked:
“Expression Of Interest For Concorde Hotels Limited”

Expression of interest must be delivered to the above mentioned address not later than 12 noon on Wednesday, August 22nd, 2012. Interested consultants may obtain further information at the address above from 8.00am to 5.00pm every working day. Please note that only prequalified bidders will be invited to tender for the projects Accordingly.
