Preamble

As part of effort to give back to the community dividend of democracy for provision of social amenities for the benefit of the citizens and general public, and in line with the Lagos State Public Procurement Agency Law 2015 (as Amended in 2021), through the Amuwo Odofin Local Government Hereby invites Expression of interest from qualified Consultant, Contractors and Service providers with the objective of prequalifying them with which the Local Government will partner with in subsequent bidding process and contract award.

Lot 8: Regeneration of Parks/Roundabouts
Lot 9: Development of Markets (Ppp)
Lot 10: Construction of Council Administrative Block

Eligibility Requirements

Covering letter duly signed by the company's authorized signatory (es), including the area of specialization.
Certificate of incorporation/Registration with C.A.C
Company's audited account for 2019, 2020 and 2021
Copy of company's tax clearance for the last 3 years
Performance bond from a reputable financial institution
Evidence of registration with Lagos State Public Procurement Agency
Evidence of technical and financial capability to execute project and provide service
Evidence of previous job done for the government
Radio and television license receipt (current Year)

EOl/pre-qualification submission must be in English only clear about area (s) of interest and competence of each
category 2. Interested applicant must note that the Amuwo Odosin Local Government reserves the right to verify claims made in pre-qualification document submitted by them at any level.
The pre-qualification exercise shall not be constructed as a commitment on the part of the Amuwo Odofin Local Government .
The cost for this exercise will be sole responsibility of the interested party (ies) to this invitation
Interested eligible applicant may obtain further information at the procurement office Amuwo Odofin Local Government secretariat or Monday 21 March, 2022 with non-refundable fee #20,000 for bidding documents.
