The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) invites interested and suitably qualified companies to indicate interest by submitting tender documents for the following works:

The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is a non-governmental, humanitarian organization with 60 years of experience in helping to create a safer and more dignified life for refugees and internally displaced people.

NRC advocates for the rights and provides assistance, protection and durable solutions to refugees and internally displaced persons worldwide. NRC has been operating in Nigeria since late 2015 providing assistance with Emergency shelter, Livelihoods and Food Security, Water, sanitation and hygiene sectors, Information and Legal Counselling, Camp Management and Education.

Scope of Works

The Norwegian Refugee Council hereby wishes to invite suitably qualified companies to bid for the supply of Goods/Works as indicated below:

Supply and Commissioning of Generators for NRC Office Gwoza/Guest House In Yola, Adamawa State.

Application Closing Date

2nd March, 2022.

Collection of Documents

To obtain the bid documents, kindly send an email to: ng.procurement@nrc.no with the tender reference number and description indicated above as the subject of the email on or before 2 March, 2022.

Submission of Documents

All application/proposals duly completed ITB (invitation to Bid) documents should be submitted via email at: ng.procurement@nrc.no

Note

It is mandatory to indicate the tender number and description as the subject of the email.
All tenders not submitted via the specified email address will not be considered.
Tenders received after the deadline shall be considered late & shall be rejected & unopened.
If the deadline specified herein falls on a government or NRC declared holiday or any unavoidable circumstances, the deadline shall be extended automatically to the following working day.
