Consultants Needed at Norwegian Church Aid (NCA)

Norwegian Church Aid (NCA) is a member of the ACT Alliance and we provide emergency assistance in disasters, work for long-term development in local communities and address the root causes of poverty, we advocate for just decisions by public authorities, business and religious leaders. Norwegian Church Aid is an ecumenical diaconal organisation for global justice. We work to help the poorest and those in need, regardless of their creed, race,political or religious affiliation.

• Curriculum vitae (CV) from the consultant;
• Copy of a diploma or certification in a WASH field or equivalent diploma;
• Supporting documents of years of professional experience in the field of training on hygiene promotion, MHM and PHAST methodology.
• Previous references of training courses already carried out, Location, applicants, number of participants, training theme.
• Detailed work plan (establish a detailed agenda that will highlight all the different stages of the training with the schedules);
• Detailed presentation of the training methodology that will take into account all the expectations described in this TDR;
• Provide at least 02 contact references.

If the bidder is a firm, please provide the following documents:

• General presentation of the firm by putting access on the area of expertise relating to this call for tenders;
• Presentation of the team that will be assigned to this service/consultancy, including their CVs and copies of their diplomas or certifications in the field of Sanitation and Hygiene or an equivalent diploma;
• All the administrative documentation of the firm (certificate of tax regularity, commercial register, taxpayer account, last tax certificate);
• Previous references of training courses already carried out, Location, applicants, number of participants, training theme;
• Detailed work plan (establish a detailed agenda that will highlight all the different stages of the training with the schedules);
• Detailed presentation of the training methodology that will take into account all the expectations described in this TDR;
• Provide at least 02 contact references.
• The tenderer may include in his tender any other elements which he considers relevant.
