Preamble

The Kogi State Government through the Ministry of Solid Mineral and Natural Resources want to develop the Solid Mineral sector in the State for the enhancement of Job creation and boost revenue generating capacity of the State.

The Ministry of Solid Minerals and Natural Resources now invite eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services below:

Eligibility Requirements

Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services by showing:
Evidence of certificate of incorporation with the CAC.
Evidence of the last 3 years Tax Clearance Certificate.
Evidence of Current Pension Certificate valid till 31st December, 2022.
Evidence of Industrial Training Certificate (ITF), valid till 31st December, 2022.
Evidence of Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2022.
Sworn affidavit
Company's Audited Account for the last three (3) years 2019, 2020, 2021.
Evidence of Financial Capability by submission of Reference letter from a credible Financial Institution, indicating willingness to provide credit facility
Company profile with the Curriculum Vitae of key Staff to be deployed for the project, including copies of their Academic/professional Qualification.
Verifiable documentary evidence of at least 3 similar Jobs executed in the last 5 years, including letter of Awards, Job Completion Certificate.
List of plant/Equipment
Evidence of Registration of Business Premises.
Evidence of Non-refundable Tender fee of N200.000.00
Evidence of Registration with Kogi B.P.P.

Application Closing Date

12:00 noon Tuesday, 8th March, 2022.

Bid Opening

The EOI/Bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for Submission, in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Please ensure you sign the Bid submission Register.

Collection of Tender Documents

Interested companies are to collect the Terms of Reference (TOR) from the office of the Head Procurement Department, Ministry of Solid Mineral and Natural Resources, Lokoja, on payment of Non-Refundable Tender Fee into a specific Kogi State Internal Revenue Service Account in the name of the Ministry.

Submission of Documents

Expression of Interest MUST be delivered in Triplicate (3) copies, in sealed envelopes with clearly marked LOTS and addressed to:
