The United States Embassy in Nigeria invites experienced Documentary Film Maker / Producer with a good track record in making high-quality educational and social documentaries to indicate interest by submitting RFQ documents for the following works:

The U.S. Mission to Nigeria comprises of the Embassy in Abuja, FCT, and the Consulate General in Lagos.

Preamble

The U.S. Consulate Lagos is looking for an experienced Documentary Film Maker/Producer with a good track record in making high-quality educational and social documentaries; to produce a 45 - 60 minute documentary on four of the U.S. Mission’s cultural preservation projects.

The U. S. Consulate General Lagos has a requirement for a vendor to provide quote for the contract above per the SOW attached.

N/B: The evaluation criteria for this requirement will include price, technical acceptability and past performance.

For a valid quote, please note the following:

Include complete specifications, samples/pictures (where applicable), return policy and total shipment weight along with your quotes if any.
Vendor must state BOLDLY if offering alternatives or options.
Vendors must state delivery terms (How long it will take to deliver and delivery location).
Payment term is Net 30.
