The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ) invites interested bidders / vendors to indicate interest by submitting EOI documents for the following works:

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH, often shortened to simply "GIZ", is a German development agency headquartered in Bonn and Eschborn that provides services in the field of international development cooperation and international education work.

Title: Expression of Interest (EOI) - Pumping Machines

Preamble

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbe (GIZ) GmbH; “Pro-Poor Growth and Employment Promotion in Nigeria Programme”, financed by the Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany and co-funded by the European Union, would like to procure two hundred and twenty-one (221) pumping machines with the following minimum specifications:

5hp petrol water pump - 3 outlet 3” inlet. Pump lift 23m: suction height 7m; capacity 30m3/hr; Accessories: 3 Outlet Hose (discharge), Length 20m; 3 inlet (suction) pipe, Length 5m. It is used to transfer clean water wfth liquid temperature between 0°c and 40°c applicable in water supply and drainage for factories, mines, municipai facilities as well as field irrigation, etc.

EOI Requirements

Accordingly, GIZ invites interested bidders to furnish GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:

An official letter expressing interest
Comprehensive company profile
Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC),
Memorandum of Association clearly indicating related business area.
A bank introductory letter.
Tax clearance certificate of the last three years indicating an annual turnover of NGN 35,000,000,00 minimum in the year 2021
Evidence of experience with previous similar jobs. Only third-party evidence will be considered, not list of similar jobs / references.

5:00pm Friday, 11th March, 2022.
