The Ondo State Sports Council, Akure invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders to bid for the following project:

Ondo State Sports Council provides services on recreational sports, spectator sports and ticket sales in Akure.

Preamble

The Ondo State Sports Council has received budgetary provision and approval from the Ondo State Government for Construction/Upgrading/Renovation of Stadium and intends to apply part of the funds for the Renovation of the Akure Township Stadium.

The Ondo State Sports Council now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders to submit for the project.

Bid Submission Pre-Requisites for Tender

Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
Evidence of Registration with Ondo State Bureau of Public Procurement, Governor’s Office, Alagbaka, Akure.
Three years Company and 2 Directors Tax Clearance Certificates (2019, 2020 and 2021)
Original copy of the Treasury receipt of payment of non-refundable Tender fee of N1,000,000.00.
Evidence of payment of three years’ Ondo State Development Levy (2020, 2021, 2022 i.e year of tender Inclusive) by Company and 2 Directors
Satisfactory bank references demonstrating availability of funds or credit facilities to complete the job
Particulars of similar job(s) previously executed by Bidders and the Company profile, indicating Joint Ventures, if any, and Sub-Contractors (where required), equipment and any other relevant information that will be added scoring advantage during bid evaluation.
Provision of bid security of Eight Million Naira only (N8,000,000.00).Any bid without Bid Security will be disqualified
Unconditional discounts are allowed.
Final contract sum is negotiable.

12:00 noon Friday, 1st April, 2022.

Collection of Bidding Documents

All prospective bidders are to note that relevant bidding documents can be obtained from Monday, 28th February, 2022 at the Office of Director of Finance and Administration, Ondo State Sports Council, Akure on the presentation of payment of a non-refundable fee of One Million Naira only (N1,000,000.00) being tender fees to Ondo State Government.

Submission of Documents

All bids accompanied with relevant documents should be submitted in wax-sealed envelopes marked "Renovation of Akure Township Stadium" on the top left corner of the envelope to the Office of the:

General Manager,

First Floor, Administrative Block,

Ondo State Sports Council,

Akure Sports Complex,

Akure - Ondo State.
