Gede Foundation, is an indigenous non-profit organization working in humanitarian response in North-Central Nigeria with funding support from the German Cooperation (BMZ) through CBM-Nigeria, is calling for an Expression of Interest to tender/bid (quotation) for the supply of several agricultural inputs and equipment in Benue State as shown on below.

Eligibility Requirements

Letter of Expression of Interest on the company letterhead Subject: EOI for the supply of Agricultural Products - Benue State
Documents to Show General Suitability:
- CAC Registration, Constitution, MEMART, Other CAC Documents
- Company Profile/ Brochure
Documents to Show Financial Capacity:
- Audited Report TIN Number Corporate
- Account Details Tax Clearance Certificate
Documents to Demonstrate:
- Technical Ability
- Staff Profile
- Systems and Structures in Place
- Warehouse Delivery / Logistics
Documents to Prove Similar Jobs in the Past 3 to 5 years:
- Letters of awards and completion certificates from previous clients; List and contact details of previous or existing clients to verify the experience.
Quotation/Proposal Based on the BoQ under the scope of work

Note

Viability Test Certificate must accompany the quotations and these will be verified before delivery.
