Procurement and Installation of Road Furniture at Enugu State Ministry of Works & Infrastructure

Invitation to tender
Enugu State Ministry of Works & Infrastructure, on behalf of the State Government invites sealed bids from contractors with proven experience and competence in procurement and installation of road furniture, to tender for the following project:
Supply and installation of 2,671 units Korean made Design fence with reflectors on the head with Dragon logo and 5,205 Pieces Korean made reflecting safety Guide post for some roads in Enugu State.

All bids must be accompanied by:
(i) Evidence of current registration with Enugu State Ministry of Works & Infrastructure.

(ii) Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission.

(iii) Audited Financial Statements for the last three years.

(iv) Tax Clearance Certificates for the immediate past three years.

(v) Evidence of similar jobs successfully executed

(vi) Evidence of technical and financial strength to execute the project.

(vii) Evidence of VAT registration and remittance.

(viii) Two Percent (2%) bid security of the bided sum.

A complete set of bid documents can be obtafried from the Department of Planning, Research and Statistics (PRS), Ministry of Works & Infrastructure on payment of N50,000.00 (Fifty thousand naira) only non refundabIe fee.
Technical and Financial bids should be in separate envelopes, each addressed to the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Works & Infrastructure and submitted to the Director (PRS) of the Ministry
