Toro is a Local Government Area of Bauchi State, Nigeria. Toro local government headquarters is in the town of Toro. The local government has three districts: Toro, Jama'a and Lame district. The local government is the largest local government in Nigeria and west Africa in particular.

Toro Local government is ready to give out some contracts to any suitable contractor who is pre qualified for the award of the Jobs, they are, as follows.

Scope of Work

Renovation Police Station
Renovation of Primary Health Care Centre
Renovation of Maternity
Construction of Drift Culvert
Construction of Mini Bridge
Electrification
Purchase of Transformers
Fencing of Primary Health Care Centre
Construction of One Block of Two Class Room

Contractors Pre-Qualification

Bidders should possess the necessary:

Professional and technical qualifications to carryout particular procurement/contract.
Financial capability.
Equipment and other relevant infrastructure.
Adequate personnel to perform obligation of the contract.
Possess legal capacity to enter a contract.
Have registered with corporate affairs commission.
Have fulfilled all obligations to pay taxes, pensions.
Not be in receivership.
Accompany every bid with affidavit of disclosure disclosing whether any officer of this Local Government or any Ministry of Bauchi State is a former or present director of the company.
Not having any director who has been convicted in any country for any criminal offence relating to fraud of financial impropriety.
Have registered with Bauchi State Government and Toro Local Government as contractor.
