Background
The Ebonyi State Government through the Universal Basic Education Board intends to carry out the procurement of contractors for the provision of the under listed items of lots 1,2,3,4,5 and 6 for Out of School Children in Ebonyi State.

In compliance with the World Bank Procurement Regulations July 2016 through the Ebonyi State Universal Basic Education Board, the Ebonyi State BESDA now invites interested, eligible and competent contractors with the minimum qualifying criteria below to bid for the assignment.

Qualification Criteria

• General Experience of firm in the field of specialty
• Have specific experience with procurement of items mentioned below.
• Ability to secure Advance Payment Guarantee from a reputable Bank
• Be fluent in English and shall be skilled in report writing.
• Registered as a firm with CAC
