The Oyo State Post Primary Schools Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM) Secretariat, Ibadan hereby invites registered, competent, experienced, reputable and interested vehicle dealers to tender for the underlisted jobs.

A. Job Description
1) Description of Item:  Toyota Hilux 4x4 DIC PWAC (qty 7)
Location: TESCOM Headquarters and Six Zonal Offices

2a) Description of Item:  Toyota Corolla L.S. (qty 1)
Location: TESCOM Headquarters

2b) Description of Item:  Toyota Corolla F.S. (qty 1)
Location: TESCOM Headquarters

B. Bids Requirements/Requisites
Interested Suppliers and dealers must submit their tenders with the following documents.

• Evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Abuja
• Evidence of Registration with Oyo State Bureau of Public Procurement
• Evidence of Registration of Business Premises with Oyo State
• Evidence of payment of Companies Tax Clearance in the least three (3) years i.e. 2009, 2010 and 2011.
• Evidence of Personal Income Tax Clearance Certificate by at least two Directors covering the last 3 years.
• Evidence of VAT Registration and past remittances.
• Proof of current financial capability and Banking Support
• Evidence of past/similar projects executed
• Evidence that Bidder is either an original Equipment Manufacturer or is an accredited Representative/Dealer of an original/Equipment manufacturer
• Evidence of readiness to provide after sales services
• Evidence of Manufacturers Warranty and Spare parts availability.
• Evidence of payment of Non-refundable Tender Fee of Twenty Five Thousand Naira only (N25,000.00) payable in Bank draft to the Executive Chairman, Oyo State Post Primary Schools Teaching Service Commission, Secretariat, Ibadan.

Interested bidder can obtain tender documents and other details from the Director (Finance and Administration) TESCOM, Secretariat, Ibadan.

C. Closing Date for Submission of Tender
All tender documents should be submitted to the Cabinet Office, Room 27, Office of the Governor, Secretariat, Ibadan in sealed wax envelopes, marked on top left corner the envelope “Tender for Supply of vehicle” latest by4.00p.m. on or before Friday, October 19th, 2012.

Tenders will be opened on Tuesday, 23rd October, 2012 at 12noon at the Cabinet Office, Office of the Governor in the presence of the bidders or their representatives.
