Preamble
This Invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this project that appeared in UNDB online of 5th March, 2019 and on the African Development Bank Group's Internet Website

The Federal Government of Nigeria has received Financing from the African Development Bank in various currencies towards the cost of Inclusive Basic Service Delivery and Livelihood Empowerment Integrated Programme. It is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payınents under the contract for the supply of School furniture and Recreational facilities

The Project Implementation Unit, Inclusive Basic Service Delivery and Livelihood Empowerment Integrated Programme Borno State now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the execution of the Supply of School Furniture and Recreational Facilities.

Application Closing Date
12:00am, 11th April, 2022.

Opening of Bids
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend at 1:00pm at the Conference Hall of Borno State Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Agency, No.1 Airport Road Maiduguri, Nigeria.

Collection of Bidding Documents
A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the office of the Programme Coordinator and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of twenty thousand Naira (N20,000.00).

Submission of Documents
Completed bidding documents must be accompanied by a Bid security of N2,280,000.00 LOT-1 and N558,000.00 LOT-2 and delivered to:
