Invitation to Bid for Water Supply in Rural Communities of Dass, Gamawa and Warji LGAs of Bauchi State.

Bauchi State Rural Water Supply And Sanitation Agency (RUWASSA) Bsadp Headquarters, Bass Road, Bauchi, Bauchi State.

Bauchi state is one of the four selected states in Nigeria benefiting from the DFID supported Sanitation, Hygiene and Water in Nigeria (SHAWN) Project.

This project aims at improving access to safe means of excreta disposal, adoption of key safe hygiene practices, and ensuring people consume safe water year round in all rural communities of the three (3) selected project LGAs in Bauchi state.

In line with the above stated project objectives, the Bauchi State Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Agency (RUWASSA) is seeking to engage UNICEF ‘D’ Field office prequalified drilling and civil engineering firms to participate in the implementation of the second phase of water supply in rural communities of Dass, Gamawa and Warji LGAs of Bauchi State.

Accordingly, existing UNICEF ‘D’ Field office pre-qualified drilling contractors are invited to obtain bid documents from the office of the General Manager, Bauchi State Rural Water Supply and sanitation Agency (RUWASSA), Dass Road, Bauchi, Bauchi State, at a non-refundable fee of Ten thousand Naira (N1O,000:00) only.

Completed bids are to be submitted in sealed envelopes, to the office of the General Manager, Bauchi State RUWASSA, within two weeks of this advertisement. Bids shall subsequently be opened a day after the expiration of the deadline, and bidders and members of the general public are invited to witness the bid opening.
