Introduction
ATB Nig. Ltd [Automaten Technik Baumann Nigeria Limited] is a subsidiary of ATB Germany. Leading Manufacturers of Pay and Display, Buses and Train tickets machines in the world.

The Federal Capital Territory Administration have given us approval to provide, implement and manage the c-parking service in the Federal Capital City with a view to bringing international standards into the Federal Capital City to meet with the Transformation Agenda.

We hereby invite interested, reputable and competent contractors, consultants and companies to participate in the tendering process for the provision of the following;

Group A: Vehicles and Transport
Lot 1:     Five [5] Hilux Trucks (4WD | DC Petrol | D/S With AC & Radio | Auto- Gear)
               Three [3] Towing Trucks/Vans,
Lot 2:     One [1] Fork Lift [Crane]

Group B: Uniforms
Lot 1:     Five Hundred [500] Reflective Jackets.
               Five Hundred [500] pairs of Safety booths
Lot 2:     Five Thousand [5000] Branded T-Shins
               One Thousand [1000] Combat Trousers
Lot 3:     One Thousand [1000] Branded Caps
               Supply of Vrious Shirt designs

Group C: Communication and Control Center Equipment
Lot 1:    One Hundred [100] Motorola Radio CF 340
                Radio with Repeater Stations

Lot 2:    Branding of Receipts Letter heads ID Cards [lot] etc

Eligibility for Tender
Interested Companies should submit with the financial bid the following:

• Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission of the Federal Republic of Nigeria
• Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for the past three scars [2009 2010 and 2011
• Evidence of previous similar works undertaken including letters of awards, valuation certificates etcetera.
• Audited account for the previous three years [2009, 2OlOand 2011].
• A sworn affidavit that information provided is accurate ant true.
• Reference letter from Bank of your choice.
• Evidence of payment of the Non-refundable cost of Contract Tender fee.
• Any information or document that will place the company on a comparative advantage over others.

Collection of Bid Documents
Tender documents containing details of scope of work for the contract with specification of supplies are to be collected from the engineering office, Automaten Technik Baumann Nigeria Limited on presentation of bank draft of Non-refundable fee of Fifty Thousand Naira [N50,000.00] for Group A [Lots 1- 4] and Twenty Thousand Naira [N20, 000.00] for Group B - F respectively in favor of Automaten Technik Baumann Nigeria Limited.

Submission and Closing Date for Bids
Financial and Technical Bid must be packaged in separate envelopes, all enveloped in one large envelope and addressed to the Technical Director, Automaten Technik Baumann Nig. Ltd. No 6, Ayangba Close, opp. NTA Headquarters, Area II, Garki-Abuja.
The Technical and Financial bid must teach the undersigned not later than 12:00pm, 18th October, 2012.

Companies may tender for more than one category of Lot.
