Description
The International Labour Office (hereinafter the "ILO") is pleased to invite your company to submit one or multiple proposal(s) for the 7 Lots of the Creative Publishing and Communications tender as further described in RFP/17/2022/JUG.

Scope of Works
The 7 Lots of RFP/17/2022/JUG include:
  • Lot 1: Conceptual Design for Strategic Publications
  • Lot 2: Layout and Typesetting for Strategic Publications
  • Lot 3: Graphic Design for Other Publications
  • Lot 4: Digital Design and Development
  • Lot 5: Branding and Campaigns
  • Lot 6: Visual Storytelling
  • Lot 7: Data Visualization
A non-mandatory bidders’ conference is scheduled to take place online on Wednesday 27 April 2022 from 14h00 to 16h00 CET. Bidders who are interested in participating in this conference should join the MS Teams meeting through this link at the identified time: https://bit.ly/3LsX1vf

Application Closing Date
15:00 (GMT 1.00) Wednesday, 25th May, 2022.

  • Late bids will be rejected.
  • The specific overall tender and Lot requirements are outlined in Annex III Terms of Reference (TOR) and Annexes III A-G for each specific Lot of RFP/20/2022/JUG.
  • Bidders must complete their submission for the RFP/20/2022/JUG before submitting proposals for specific Lots.
  • Please be cautious when uploading documents to the ILO eSourcing Platform and ensure that for each Lot only the technical proposal documents are uploaded into the Technical Envelope and only the financial proposal is uploaded into the Financial Envelope, as an error in this regard will have an impact on an offer's eligibility for evaluation.
  • In order to access the complete tender documentation, your company must be a registered UNGM supplier and subscribe to ILO tenders.
