At the time the main focus of the company was to provide skilled Technical Manpower Supply and Leasing Support Services to companies operating in the Oil and Gas and Energy Sectors. Preamble
Inner Ring Engineering & Logistics Services Limited, seeks to sell some of her decommissioned asset in a close bid format. The List of the assets is hereby listed in the table below.

Additional Information
Please note that:

• All asset shall be sold as it is, no further investment shall be carried out by INNER RING on any of the asset listed above for disposal.
• The cost of evacuating the Asset from the locations shall be borne by the buyer.
• On acceptance of a bid, each buyer shall have 5 working days to make full and final payment for the Asset
• Please note that INNER RING shall reserve the final right of sale regardless of the bid
• If a buyer is interested in more than one Asset, the buyer will be required to submit a different bid for each asset of interest.
• The description of the Asset shall be written boldly of the sealed envelope submitted.
