The Government of Enugu State is requesting for:

Title: Invitation to Tender for the Construction of Coal City, Eastern Extension Estate Road Networks, Enugu, Enugu State

Preamble
Enugu State Government through her Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), Coal City Easter Extension Estate Alliance Ltd, is committed to providing adequate physical and socioeconomic infrastructure and other services for sustainable and equitable development in the State.

We, hereby invite reputable Contractors/Companies with proven track record of experience and competence in Road Construction, registered with Enugu State Ministry of Works and Infrastructure, to obtain tender documents for the construction of the Coal City Eastern Extension Estate Roads Networks, Enugu, Enugu State.

Scope of Work
Construction Services:
The Management of Coal City Easter Extension Alliance Ltd, Enugu, is willing to provide the under-listed construction services. They are as follows:

Tender Fee for Construction:

• Evidence of payment of non-refundable fee of N200,000.00 (Two Hundred Thousand Naira) only, into Bank Account with details below;

Consultancy Services:

• The Management of Coal City Eastern Extension Estate Alliance Ltd also invites eligible Organizations with over ten (10) years cognate experience in Consultancy Services, to express their interest for the Projects stated above.

Tender Fee for Consultancy:

• Evidence of payment of non-refundable fee of N100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand Naira) only, into Bank Account with details tabulated below:

Tender Requirements

• Evidence of registration with Enugu State Ministry of Works and Infrastructur
• Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission.
• Company Profile and brochures.
• Company's audited accounts for the last three (3)years.
• Tax Clearance and VAT Certificate for the last three (3) years.
• Evidence of past performance in similar projects
• All Bid Documents/Expression of Interest must be signed by an officer authorized to bind the Organization to a contract.
• An Affidavit authenticating all relevant documents.
• An affidavit deposing to the fact that the Organization does not have any director who has been convicted for any criminal offence relating to fraud, financial impropriety, criminal misrepresentation or falsification of facts relating to any matter.
• Due diligence must be followed as any discrepancy found may lead to disqualification.
• Only registered Contractors/Consultants in Enugu State for the Year 2022 are eligible to tender for financial bidding.
• Evidence of financial capacity (minimum of N1bn turnover in the last three (3) years).
• Any other relevant information.

26th April, 2022.

Collection of Bidding Documents
Complete set of bidding Documents shall be collected by interested qualified companies from the office of Coal City Eastern Extension Estate Alliance Ltd at Golden Royale Multipurpose Hall, Bisalla Road, off Independence Avenue, Enugu, upon submission of evidence of payment of the Irelevant sum stated above, between the hours of 9.00am to 3.00pm from 12th April, 2022.

Submission of Doocuments
All Tender Documents obtained should be submitted in two (2) sealed envelopes, clearly marked on the top left comer, "Invitation To Tender As A Contractor Consultant For The Construction Of Coal City Eastern Extension Estate, Road Networks, Enugu, Enugu State", and also stating the density of choice addressed to:
