Preamble
NIPCO PIC, an integrated downstream operator in the nation's Oil and Gas Industry with its massive storage facilities in Apapa, Lagos State hereby invite offers from reliable Transport/Haulage companies for conveying petroleum products across the country.
This request is predicated on the ongoing expansion and enhancement of its operations in downstream value chain in the nooks and crannies of the country.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirement for Consideration as a Transporter:
- Must have a minimum of five trucks with minimum capacity of conveying 33,000 litres of petroleum products either local delivery or as a bridging truck.
- Truck must not be more an seven years old from the date of manufacture
- Truck must have monitoring and vehicle tracking systems/mechanism
- Must have been in operations as Haulage/Transport company for at least 3 years
- Must be willing to provide Bank Guarantee
- Must have well trained drivers in petroleum products conveyance
- Truck must be fully calibrated and certified to carry petroleum products
- Prospective applicants should have high pedigree of Reliability, Diligence and Timely Delivery
Documents Required for Eligibility to Participate:
- Company's certificate of incorporation including memorandum, articles of association and experience of Nigerian roads
- Types and number of trucks available
- Evidence of truck ownership, capacity and age
- Address of operational base and branch offices (if any)
- Evidence of current comprehensive insurance papers, vehicle licence, road worthiness particulars and calibration certificates
- Details of existing clients for ease of reference
