Title: Request for Proposal (RFP) - Supply and Installation of Ten Units of (8KVA and 20KVA Oyo) and (5KVA and 10KVA for Kano) Solar Power System in PHC and Secondary Health Facilities Respectively in Oyo and Kano State

Scope of Work
Oyo State
For 10 PHCs:
- Inverter:
- 5KVA pure sine wave minimum capacity;
- Single of three phase
- Three stage intelligent charging system via standby generator to guarantee for longer battery lifespan;
- Auto-sense and prioritize on solar charging over standby generators to cut down on utility bill and fuel consumption;
- 4mm pure cooper cables for powering of inverter output • Auto change-over upon power outage, and
- Auto overload and short-circuit cut.
- Batteries:
- Absorbed Glass Mat (AGM) Deep-circle sealed (Not GEL);
- 8 numbers 12V and 200AH capacity each;
- 25mm pure copper cables for connection of Batteries
- Minimum 2000 discharge circles at 50%-60% depth of discharge (DoD) without severe degradation in overall capacity;
- Well stacked/arranged in a well-ventilated rack unit.
For 1 Secondary Health Facility:
- Inverter:
- 20KVA pure sine minimum capacity;
- Single or three phase
- Three stage intelligent charging system via standby generator to guarantee for longer battery lifespan;
- Auto-sense and prioritize on solar charging over standby generators to cut down on utility bill and fuel consumption;
- 4mm pure copper cables for powering of inverter output • Auto change-over upon power outage, and
- Auto overload and short-circuit cut.
- Batteries:
