Scope of Work
UNHCR Abuja office would appreciate receiving your firm offer for the procurement of a 40Ft Prefab Container with (3) three office partitioning and a toilet for its office with the following specifications:

• 40ft prefab Container
• Internal Cladding/Insulation (Inclusive of ceiling)
• Electrical Works (Lights, sockets, switches, and conduit piping)
• Doors
• Windows
• Vinyl carpet works or Tiled floor
• Roofing (Gentle Slope)
• Kerbs for Base
• Set of WC with Accessories (Internal works only)
• Tiling of Toilet floor and wall
• Internal Partitions
• 1.5HP Air Conditioner
• Color Blue and white

Mandatory Technical Offer Requirements

• Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) Certificate of incorporation submitted
• Tax clearance Certificate for last three years (2019, 2020 and 2021) to be Submitted
• Evidence of similar procurement contract POs, Contracts, award letters etc. for the Procurement & installation of prefab container services or facility management services
• Acknowledgement of UNHCR General Conditions of Contract provided (Annex D)
• Acknowledgement of UN Supplier Code of Conduct provided (Annex F)
• Filled and signed Vendor Registration Form submitted (Annex E)
• Valid company business bank account (Annex E)
• Provide confirmation of project completion/delivery period after issuance of purchase order
• Provide the catalogue & pictures of the internal and external features of the 40ft preb container to be delivered if your offer is selected.
