The secretariat is the UN's executive arm.

Description of Requirements
It is anticipated that the Procurement Division of the United Nations will be issuing a solicitation for the supply of Medium and Heavy Duty Shelving structure in the coming months.

The United Nations (UN), Department of Operational Support (DOS) has a requirement to establish a Global System Contract for the supply of Modular Heavey and Medium-Duty Shelving, along with relevant spare parts, and accessories to its field missions through out the world and for regular replenishments of its Strategic Deployment Stock located at the UN Logistics Base in Brindisi, Italy.

The proposed system contract will be for an initial period of three (3) years, with the option to extend for two additional one-year periods (3+1+1).

Responding to this Request:

• Interested firms must complete and submit Vendor Response electronically to the attention of: SettiSemhal Petros via email petross@un.org no later than 26 April 2022.
• The UN reserves the right to reject Expressions of Interest documents that are incomplete, or are received after the stated deadline.
• UN Procurement Division (UNPD) reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a reply to this REOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. The ITB and any subsequent commitment to contract will be issued in accordance with UN rules and regulations.
