Ikoyi Club 1938 is a private member family Club and it occupies an enviable area of approximately 456 acres of land and provides first class facilities for about 10, 000 members. On September 29, 1938, Ikoyi Club 1938 officially came into being through the merger of the European Club and Lagos Golf Club.

Title: Invitation to Bid - Renovation of Badminton Entrance & Renovation of Swimming Upper Cloakrooms Project

Preamble
This is to inform members and the general public that ikoyi club 1938 is requesting bids for swimming upper cloakrooms renovation project & renovation of badminton entrance.

Details of our specific requirements are available in the facility manager's office, ikoyi club 1938 on payment of a non refundable tender fee and submission of receipt of:

• Badminton Section: N10,000,00 (Ten Thousand Naira only).
• Swimming Section: N50,000,00 (Fifty Thousand Naira only).

Application Closing Date
12.00pm Friday, 6th May, 2022.

Submission of Documents
Each completed bid should be submitted in a wax sealed envelope clearly marked "Renovation of Swimming Cloakroom", " Renovation of Badminton Entrance". All bid must reach the internal auditor's office on or before the specified closing date and be personally dropped in the box marked "Tender" and addressed to:

Ikoyi - Lagos State.
