Preamble
This Request for Bid follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for  the Agro- Processing, Productivity Enhancement and Livelihood  Improvement Support (APPEALS) Project which appeared in "Development  Business issue no. World Bank 3108-756/09 and "This Day" Newspaper of  September 3rd 2019.
The Cross River State Government through the Federal Government of  Nigeria has received a credit from the International Development  Association (herein referred to as IDA) towards the cost of Agro-  Processing Productivity Enhancement and Livelihood Improvement Support  (APPEALS) Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this  credit to eligible payments under the contracts for Construction of  Aggregation und Cottage Processing Centers in Cross River State.
The Cross-River State Agro-Processing, Productivity Enhancement and  Livelihood Improvement Support (APPEALS) Project is now inviting sealed  bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Construction of  Aggregation and Cottage Processing Centers in Cross River State as  described below.

- A Contract Manager with 10 years' experience in construction  works of an equivalent nature and volume including not less than 7 years  as Contract Manager and;

Opening of Bids
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives who  choose to attend on Wednesday 11th May, 2022 by 12.00 Noon, at the  address below.
Collection of Documents
A complete set of Bidding Document in English Language may be purchased  by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the  address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Fifty Thousand  Naira (N50,000.00) or its equivalent in any freely convertible currency  per Lot.
The method of payment will be by cash or bank draft in favor of Cross  River State Agro- Processing, Productivity Enhancement and Livelihood  Improvement Support (APPEALS) Project. The document will be collected by  bidder's representative on request.
