Title: Request for Quotation (RFQ) - MHAC (Supply, Delivery & Installation of X-Ray Machine, Online UPS & Lead Lining of X-Ray Room) in Abuja and Lagos

Scope of Work
In the framework of Migration Health Assessment Centre, the IOM invites interested eligible Suppliers to submit Quotations for the supply and delivery of the following:

Eligible Suppliers

• Only Suppliers that are determined to be qualified shall be considered for award. The Supplier shall fill up and submit the standard IOM Vendor Information Sheet (VIS) (Annex D) to establish their eligibility together with the Quotation.
