This is to invite interested and reputable contractors for prequalification for the under listed projects under its merged TETfund 2011/2012 intervention projects.

Pre-Qualification Requirements
Bidders are required to submit the following:

• Evidence of registration with the Corporate affairs Commission (CAC)
• Company Audited Account for the last three (3) years.
• Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years
• List and source of Equipment to be used for the work.
• Indication of Technical and Administrative Staff strength, with academic/professional qualifications and years of experience of key personnel available for the project.
• Bank reference from a reputable bank.
• Evidence of relevant verifiable experience on similar works in Nigeria over the last three years stating cost and duration of execution.
• Evidence of VAT payment.
• Evidence of Social Responsibility in terms of Endwment sports or ETF (TETFUND) contribution.
• Evidence of compliance with Industrial Training Fund (ITF) requirement.
• Evidence of compliance with the provisions of the Public Procureñwnt Act 2007 as related to Pensions.
• Evidence of Registration as Contractor with Federal Polytechnic. Bali,

Submission of Documents
The prequalification documents shall be forwarded to the address below in separate envelopes, if submissions are for more than one Lot, The envelope(s) containing the per-qualification documents should he clearly marked on top according to the Project Description and Lot number.

The submission should be addressed and submitted to:

Closing Date:
The Prequalification documents should be submitted not later than 2nd November, 2012. The prequalification documents shall be opened in the presence of the prospective contractors at 2:00pm on the 2 November, 2012, at the Polytechnic Conference Room. Attendance at the opening event is important. Prequalified Contractors shall be notified at a later date.

Contractors are to note that only pre-qualified companies will be invited to Tender.
