Call for Expression of Interests Bespoke Warehouse Development Partnership

Interests are invited from reputable corporate organisations looking for excellent warehouse accommodation that can be built to their specification. We have an expanse of land on the Lagos Ibadan Express road, Arepo (after the first bridge) that is suitable for long term warehousing use. We intend to go into discussion with a successful corporate entity for a build operate and transfer arrangement for an agreed tenure.

The successful partner will have sole use of the facilities.
