Title: Request for Quotation for the Supply of Vehicles

Preamble
Jhpiego Corporation is seeking authorized dealers of vehicles to supply Saloon, Mid-Size Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV), Sedan and 4x4 pick up vehicle to its Abuja office. The vehicles are for its Global Fund Project.

Scope of Works

2	Mid-Size SUV (SX5 1.6L CVT E)_ equivalent of below specifications 4x4 four-wheel drive (suitable for all -terrain fieldwork); right and left-hand d rive; minimum of 21 centimeters from the ground (Vehicle clearance); 4 doors (passenger entry and exit); Manual transmission; Power windows; Power steering; Power brakes; Engine size (maximum 3 liters, 6 cylinder, diesel); Fold flat third row seating for full size SUV (preferred, but not required); Color options - White and additional colors; Alloy wheel locks (anti -theft); Tubeless tire rims; Ball mount for towing; Rubber floor mats Air conditioning/climate control; Key with central locking for security. 4	4 X 4 pickup_ equivalent of below specifications Engine (2.7L)2 TR-FE; Engine Type (3.0L) 5L-E; Transmission_ Automatic/Manual; Suspension_ Double wishbone(front), Leaf springs rigid axle (Rear); Brakes - Ventilated discs (front); Leading trailing drum break (Rear); Fuel System Electronic Fuel injection (EFI); Fuel Tank capacity_80 Liters; Petrol/diesel; Fabric/leather seat; Seating capacity_2-5 persons. Quotation Should Include the following for both categories of equipment:

• Vendor must be an authorised car dealer with verifiable office address in Abuja
• Provide different types, brands and models with consideration to local availability of spare parts.
• Full specifications of the proposed items/goods including engine size and model (year of manufacture) etcetera. .
• Lead-time from when the Purchase Order is issued to when the order is ready for delivery.
• Quote validity of at least 60 days, Payment terms if different (preferably Net 30).
• Please state cost of delivery where applicable.

Contract Duration:

• At the successful delivery of the vehicle(s).

Eligibility Requirements
All applicants should provide the following:

• Certificate of registration/incorporation, memorandum and articles of association and valid Tax Identification Number
• Vendor must be a licensed/authorized vendor for all the brands of vehicles quoted for (please provide supporting documentation).
• There must be warranty/service period on ALL items to be supplied/quoted for.
• Company profile (briefly reflecting the core competencies, key management personnel and clearly stating the physical verifiable office address, mobile number and e-mail address).
• Proof or license to offer required services as given by the appropriate regulatory body (if applicable). had been delivered.
• Minimum of three (3) reputable references active within the last three years for which same item
• Note that applicable government taxes will be deducted prior to making payment.
