John Snow Incorporated (JSI) is making a Request for Quotation for Inverter Batteries and Machines in their offices in Abuja (FCT), Lagos, Edo, Jigawa, Imo and Bayelsa States. Interested bidders should possess relevant qualifications.

Locations: JSI Offices in Abuja (FCT), Lagos, Edo, Jigawa, Imo and Bayelsa
Vendor’s Expected Delivery Date: On or before June 15th, 2023
Delivery Location: JSI Office in Fct, Lagos, Edo, Jigawa, Imo, Bayelsa

Description
JSI is seeking vendors to submit quotes for:

5	F.C.T, Abuja.	Inverter Batteries 200 ahms 12V Inverter Machines 7.5kva. These batteries should be new and not refurbished These batteries should have at least 8years life span These Inverter machines should be able to power all the appliances in at least 16 office rooms except the Acs.
1	Imo State	Inverter Batteries 200 ahms 12V Inverter Machines 7.5kva. These batteries should be new and not refurbished These batteries should have at least 8years life span These batteries should be able to power all the appliances in the office except the AC
1	Lagos State	Inverter Batteries 200 ahms 12V Inverter Machines 7.5kva. These batteries should be new and not refurbished These batteries should have at least 8years life span These batteries should be able to power all the appliances in the office except the ACs
1	Jigawa State	Inverter Batteries 200 ahms 12V Inverter Machines 7.5kva. These batteries should be new and not refurbished These batteries should have at least 8years life span These batteries should be able to power all the appliances in the office except the ACs
1	Bayelsa State	Inverter Batteries 200 ahms 12V Inverter Machines 7.5kva. These batteries should be new and not refurbished These batteries should have at least 8years life span These batteries should be able to power all the appliances in the office except the ACs

Delivery Locations:

JSI/M-RITE in F.C.T, Lagos State, Jigawa State, Edo State, Bayelsa State & Imo State.

Pricing

All price quotations must be firm and valid for 90 days. This is a competitive quote
Prices are to bestated in Nigerian Naira (=N=).
JSI will withhold 5% WHT according to Nigeria Law (Share Tax Identification Number).

Documentation
Bidders are expected to submit the following (Kindly put your documentation in one (1) Zip folder to ensure we have the mininimum one place):

Companyprofilestatingaddress, functional contact number and email address.
Price quote.
CAC registration.
Corporate Account Number.
Evidence of previous similar work done.
Pictures of products quoted for.
Tax clearance certificate.
Vendors shall include a list of at least three (3) current references for which comparable work has been performed within the last two years. This list shall include company name, contact person, address, telephone number and email address.

Requirement / Evaluation Criteria
Bidders are expected to submit a properly signed financial bid with company’s letterhead paper.

Detailed Specifications with attached photos.
Offerors delivery terms must be within 2weeks upon receiving of Purchase Order(PO)
Price / Cost Ability to pre-finance the assignment 100%

JSI Payment Terms:

Within 30 days of delivery and presentation of completed,signed invoice and delivery note

Note

The Financial bids must be in NGN
Following the requirement of the Federal Government of Nigeria, John Snow Incorporated (JSI) will deduct 5% withholding tax from the total contractual sum.
Also, note that JSI- is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) and is VAT exempted.
JSI reserves the right to reject any or all bids if it fails to meet the criteria or are submitted after the stipulated closing date.
Only successful bidder(s) shall be notified and will be asked to sign a Local Purchase Order (Contract document) with John Snow Incorporated.
Any submission made after the stipulated date will not be considered.
