Catholic Relief Services (CRS) is making a Request for Quotations from qualified Bidders for the Supply of Inverter Systems & Electronics. Interested bidders should possess relevant qualifications.

Method of Application
Interested and qualified bidders should send their Quotations to: tenders.ngr@crs.org reference the RFQ number (i.e., "RFQNG11831 Request for quotation Inverter & Solar Supplies for LOT 1" or "RFQNG11827 Request for quotation Electronics for LOT 2") as the subject of the mail.

Bidders should kindly include the following details in their quotations:

CAC Document should be submitted with the quotations.
Payment terms, Bank details and Tax Identification Number must be clearly stated.
CRS is a non-vatable agency, so VAT should not be included in the quotation.
CRS will deduct 5 / 10% Withholding Tax depending on the applicable rates.
State clearly the delivery lead time
Quotation validity period
Delivery and Installation Cost should be included in the line items.
