J.SI-Payment Terms: Within 30 days of delivery and presentation of completed, signed invoice and delivery note.
Vendors Location: Vendors within Bayelsa state.

The Concept

• Institutional vaccination is a strategic approach to ensure that specific groups of individuals are efficiently and effectively vaccinated, contributing to the broader effort to control the spread of COVID-19 and protect public health.

Rationale

• Recognizing the importance of institutional vaccination, and ensuring M-RITE will support the mobile teams in ensuring institutions like artisan workshops, markets, and persons with disabilities access Covid-19 vaccine within their domains.

Objective

• Provide COVID-19 vaccination in markets, institutions for people with disabilities and artisan workshops in Bayelsa State.

Quotation for the Provision of Snacks

• As a part of the preparation for this exercise, the STL, Staff and Mobile Team will be going around all the Selected Market in Bayelsa State for the RI and COVID-19 Vaccination activity; thus, Food vendors are expected to send in their quotes for provision of services.

Delivery Location

• The Snacks shall be provided to JSI/M-RITE Staff in all the 8 LGAs in Bayelsa State.

Requirement / Evaluation Criteria
Bidders are expected to submit a properly signed financial bid/ quotation with the company’s letterhead paper.

Note

• The Financial bids must be in NGN
• Following the requirement of the Federal Government of Nigeria, John Snow Incorporated (JSI) will deduct 5% withholding tax from the total contractual sum.  Also, note that JSI- is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) and is VAT exempted.
• JSI reserves the right to reject any or all bids if it fails to meet the criteria or are submitted after the stipulated closing date.
• Only successful bidder(s) shall be notified and will be asked to sign a Local Purchase Order (Contract document) with John Snow Incoperated. Note, this RFQ, does not in any way translate to a contract.
• Note that any submission made after the stipulated date will not be considered.
