Catholic Relief Services (CRS) is requesting quotations from qualified bidders for the Supply of Inverter Systems in Abuja (FCT). Interested bidders are expected to submit the following:

Documentation Required
Bidders are expected to submit the following (Kindly put your documentation in one (1) Zipped folder to ensure we have all the requirements in one place):

Company profile stating address, functional contact number and email address.
Price quote.
CAC registration.
Corporate Account Number.
Evidence of previous similar work done.
Pictures of products quoted for.
Tax clearance certificate.
Payment terms, Bank details and Tax Identification Number must be clearly stated.

Additional Information:

State clearly the delivery lead time
Quotation validity period
Delivery and Installation Cost should be included in the line items.
Vendors shall include a list of at least three (3) current references for which comparable work has been performed within the last two years. This list shall include company name, contact person, address, telephone number, and email address.

Application Closing Date
18th March, 2024.

Method of Application
Interested and qualified bidders should send their Quotations to: tenders.ngr@crs.org using the RFQ number and the Position Title (i.e., "RFQNG14162 Request for Quotation for the Supply of Inverter Systems) as the subject of the mail.

Note

CRS is a non-vatable agency, so VAT should not be included in the quotation.
CRS will deduct 5 / 10% Withholding Tax depending on the applicable rates.
If you do not get feedback by Tuesday; 30th April 2024, consider your quote unsuccessful.
