How to Apply
Interested and qualified vendors should send their quotes which should include the following:

• Complete company documents: For vendors not previously registered with CCCRN, kindly provide your CAC Registration.
• Validity of Quotation: Indicate the period for which your quotation remains valid.
• Payment Terms: Specify your payment terms.
• Delivery Terms: Provide details on delivery timelines and conditions.

Hard copies of quotes should be sent in a sealed envelope to:

Jahi District, Abuja FCT.

Note

• Should your organization be successful in the bid selection process, note that (as a statutory requirement) our organization shall withhold and remit to the tax authority the appropriate tax rate under which your professional service falls and a Performance Bond (PB) will be requested from you if your transaction falls within that threshold.
• CCCRN is VAT exempt as an organization (NGO).
• The quote must be in the format of the table above, as any errors may invalidate your quote.
