Ogbia Local Goverment Council, Bayelsa State Invitation to Tender for Execution of Listed Projects

Qualified contractors are hereby invited to submit tender for the execution of the under listed projects in Ogbia Local Government Area.
Project 1 - Completion of council Secretariat at Ogbia Town
Project 2 - Electrification of Oloibiri Community

Requirements
All interested contractors must meet the under listed requirements:
1.) Non-refundable deposit of N50,000 (fifty thousand naira)
2.) Presentation of three years tax clearance certificate
3.) Audited Account report for the last three years
4.) Evidence of similar job execution in the last 3 years.

Submission Closing Date
All interested contractors are to submit in triplicate their tender, sealed envelope addressed to the secretary, Tenders Board, Ogbia Local Government Council on or before 31st October, 2012
Note: The council is not bound to accept the lowest or highest tender.
