The Aniocha South Local Government Council invites reputable Contractors to Tender for the Fencing of Aniocha South Local Government Legislative Arm and Traditional Rulers Council, Ogwashi-Uku. Interested Bidders should possess relevant qualifications and experience.

The Aniocha South Local Government Council invites reputable Contractors registered with the Local Government Council for execution of the project listed hereunder:

Bidding Procedures
Each tender must be supported by photocopies of all underlisted documents:

Evidence of payment of appropriate non-refundable deposit to Aniocha South Local Government Treasury.
Evidence of registration with corporate Affairs Commission.
Evidence of current business registration with the Aniocha South Local Government as Contractors in appropriate category.
Tax clearance certificate for the previous three years.
Current Bank guarantee of credit worthiness.
Evidence of jobs previously executed in similar field.

Invitation

Documents showing the drawing specification / Bills of Engineering Measurement and Evaluation (BEME) of the project are available to inspection between 8:00am to 4:00pm on Monday to Friday in the Office of Engineer, Aniocha South Local Government Council, Ogwashi-Uku.

Payment for Tender Documents

Intending tenderers are required to pay to Aniocha South Local Government Treasury a non-refundable tender fee in appropriate category as outlined below in respect of the project:
- Category A: N3 million and above - N100,000.00
- Category B: Less than N3 million - N50,000.00.

Application Closing Date
21st November, 2024.

Tender Submission
Tenders should be submitted in a sealed and waxed envelope, marked "CONFIDENTIAL" with the project tendered for inscribed at the Top left hand corner of the envelope and addressed to:

PMB 1006, Ogwashi-Uku.

Tenders should be submitted to:
The Office of the Head of Personnel Management,
Aniocha South Local Government,
Ogwashi-Uku, Delta State.
