Introduction

The Federal Government of Nigeria, on behalf of the Delta State Government has received a Credit from the World Bank towards the cost of improving the utilization and quality of immunization plus and malaria services in selected states of the federation and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards the payments for the Supply and Installation of 25 Nos Ultra Scan Machine in each LGAs Health Facilities in Delta State.
The Delta State Government, through the Project Implementation Unit now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Supply and Installation of 25 Numbers of Ultra Scan Machine in each LGAS Health Facilities in Delta State as detailed below.
Bid Security: N 7,900,000.00.

Bidding Procedures

Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures as specified in the World Bank's Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers 2020 ("Procurement Regulation") and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulation. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 3.14 to 3.17 in the "Procurement Regulation" on the Conflict of Interest.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information in writing from State Project Implementation Unit(SPIU), through the Program Manager (PM) or Email:norofuke@yahoo.com and may also inspect the bidding documents during office hours between 9.00 a.m - 4.00 p.m, Monday - Friday at the address given below.

Payment for Bidding Documents

A complete set of bidding documents in English Language may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of One Hundred Thousand Naira (N100,000.00) for the package.
The method of payment will be by Bank Draft issued in favor of IIMPACT GCCC Account: DTSG Immunization Plus and Malaria Progress by Accelerating Coverage and Transforming services ACCOUNT NUMBER - 5030129368; BANKER- FIDELITY BANK.
A copy of the Bidding Document can be sent to the bidder upon a written request through a courier firm at the service cost to the bidder.

29th November, 2024 (8.00am).
